U.S. Secret Service Announces “No Drone Zone” Restricted Areas in New York City

New York City, New York - Due to protective operations in New York City, New York, the Secret Service, in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has established drone flight restrictions within the city. 

These restrictions are scheduled to run through 11 p.m. on September 25, 2021.

It is standard practice for the Secret Service to work in conjunction with the FAA and other federal, state and local partners to accomplish our protective mission. 

These restrictions apply to all drone pilots.
